Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets or GP-led Advisory) or private capital roles.
• Strong financial acumen with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain bottom-up three-statement and LBO models; fund waterfalls.
• Support deal execution from origination through closing; conduct due diligence.
• Prepare CIMs, management presentations, and pitch books for new business.
• Engage GP clients; manage deal processes and buyer discussions.
• Track trends in private equity and secondaries market.
