We’re looking for a Primary Research Analyst to join our Insights & Strategy Team. In this role, you’ll support the design, execution, and analysis of survey-based research that answers key business questions and measures marketing campaign performance.

You’ll partner closely within internal teams to deliver timely, accurate insights that support client campaigns and business decisions. This role is ideal for someone building strong foundational skills in research, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with interest in the OTC, CPG, Consumer Health, and digital health space.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support end-to-end survey-based research and campaign measurement across assigned clients, including survey development, execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Design, write, and program questionnaires in Qualtrics.
  • Translate campaign objectives into research inputs, including assisting in survey design and KPI tracking.
  • Clean and analyze survey data using SPSS, R, or similar data analysis tool; manipulate large datasets using Excel.
  • Assist in developing clear, visually compelling reports; present findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring visibility into status and next steps.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools, trackers, and knowledge systems (e.g., case studies, benchmarks).
  • Help document processes, improve workflows, and contribute to team efficiency through operational improvements.
What We Need:

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with strong working knowledge of statistical analysis.

Clear Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex analytical concepts and details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in creating compelling data visualizations is a plus.

Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, including a Sales team.

Attention to Detail: You bring precision to every step—from survey design to final presentation—ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Critical Thinking: Experience thinking through the best approach to solving issues at hand.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required (Psychology, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Business). Proven experience (1+ years) in a similar role, preferably in a role allowing ownership of research projects and calendars.
  • Familiarity with survey tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Decipher, or similar.
  • Experience using SPSS/Stata, R, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience creating presentation or reports to communicate data and insights.
