Position Summary

The focus of the Network Enrollment team is pharmacy network management operations including the creation of new networks and the maintenance of existing pharmacy networks on adjudication systems.

The Analyst position is responsible for the timely addition of pharmacies to networks selected through the provider enrollment packet. Other responsibilities include pharmacy solicitation at the request of clients and customers through the mailing of contracts, electronic recording of pharmacy contracts, and acting as the main source of contact for independent pharmacies and affiliations.

The position will focus on accuracy and will meet department minimum QC standards, adapt to shifting priorities and respond to complex pharmacy questions related to network enrollment and contracting.

Failure to perform could result in disruption to client members, financial penalties by the client, CMS and government auditors.

Required Qualifications
- Data Management and familiarity of data sets

- 1+ Year of Customer Service

- Account Management or Project Management Experience

- Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Process of claims

- Medical, Pharmacy, or PBM Experience

- Bachelors Degree

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
