Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete project-oriented work.
  • Perform SQL database administration, including backup and restore activities.
  • Maintain infrastructure that supports business operations (hardware, networks, OS, applications, and telecom).
  • Support physical and virtual servers and backups across multiple locations.
  • Support network infrastructure (LAN, Wi‑Fi, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, APs, routers, VoIP).
  • Assist in ticket system end user issues.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors to support organizational needs.

Job Description | Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented IT Mid-Level Analyst to support the continued development of its systems and infrastructure. This role combines network, systems, user, and database management responsibilities within a dynamic, fast-paced IT organization. The successful candidate will bring strong technical judgment, clear communication, initiative, and a customer-service mindset to help the IT team provide a higher level of support for internal customers and business systems.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage and complete project-oriented work.
  • Perform SQL database administration, including backup and restore activities.
  • Maintain infrastructure that supports business operations, including hardware, networks, operating systems, applications, and telecommunications.
  • Support physical and virtual servers and backups across multiple locations.
  • Support network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, access points, routers, and VoIP phone systems.
  • Support business applications, workflows, and end‑user systems.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors to support the organization's needs.
  • Assist in ticket system end user issues.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 11, Windows Server 2022 or later, and Office 365.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows security permissions, Citrix XenApp Server, and VMware vSphere.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VoIP, VPN, Ubiquiti Networks, routing, and troubleshooting.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge and familiarity with Barracuda Spam Filter preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 11, Windows Server 2022 or later, and Office 365.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Five years of experience working or studying in the information technology field.

  • Approximately 10% extended hours, including weekend work as needed.
