Job summary

Astreya is seeking an entry-level change management support professional in the United States. You will help develop and deliver organizational change plans for smaller projects, addressing people, processes, and technology changes while creating educational content and delivering training.

You will learn learning principles and change methodologies, assist with curricula updates, and participate in structured change approaches under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of one year proven experience.
  • Individual Contributor.

  • Works on problems of limited scope.
  • Receives detailed instructions.
  • Assist with delivering classroom and virtual training to technical audiences of various experience levels under supervision.

  • Help maintain teaching material and lab exercises.
  • Assist with updates for curricula and collateral.
  • Support delivery of basic training sessions and workshops.
  • Participate in structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development.

Job description

At this entry-level position, individuals are typically involved in supporting the development and delivery of organizational change management plans for smaller projects with lower change impacts. They assist in addressing the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, while also aiding in the creation and dissemination of educational content. They may also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance their understanding of learning principles and change management methodologies.

Salary Range

$28.76 - $45.40 USD (Hourly) Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.

Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
