Job summary

Astreya is seeking an Analyst to support learning and organizational development and change management initiatives. The role involves assisting in training delivery, curriculum updates, and content development for diverse technical audiences.

You will contribute to the creation of educational materials, participate in change management activities, and help implement learning programs across projects with varying scope and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in four-year college or university and 2–5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of one year proven experience.
  • Entry-level role supporting the development and delivery of organizational change management plans for smaller projects with lower change impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering classroom and virtual training to technical audiences of various experience levels under supervision.
  • Support course development efforts, including research and content review.
  • Help maintain teaching material and lab exercises.
  • Assist with updates for curricula and collateral.
  • Support delivery of basic training sessions and workshops.
  • Participate in structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development.
