Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management II to coordinate data center initiatives from initiation to delivery in New Albany, OH. The role covers asset management, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with SDMs/Project Managers to deliver on time and within budget.

You will drive weekly updates, track KPIs, and participate in stakeholder meetings, while advancing process improvements and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–5 years’ related experience in project/program management or similar roles.
  • Experience coordinating data center projects including network/server/software deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
  • Manage asset and material tracking across data centers and warehouses.

## Project & Program Management IIApplylocations: New Albany, OHtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R0016683**What this Job Entails:** The Project & Program Management II role is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of data center projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation, upgrades and deployment. The role coordinates all implementation processes including asset management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity. **Your Roles and Responsibilities:*** Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours and expenditures.* Responsible for asset and material management across data centers and warehouses.* Gather and maintain project requirement lists.* Provide weekly project updates including action item updates.* Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions.* Effectively and accurately communicate status to the project team.* Assist with identifying project issues and mitigate and escalate as needed.* Take part in organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.* Collaborate with various regional teams responsible for project resources and ticket resolution.* Assist with daily monitoring of ticketing systems, reassign tickets when required.* Produce regular reports as required.* Assist with identifying trends or recurring problems and escalate appropriately.* Assist with locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.* Develop and maintain knowledge and skills and keeps up-to-date with new processes and procedures.* Work closely with SDMs/Project Managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including assisting with identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.* Other duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all responsibilities assigned to this position **Required Qualifications/Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience* Builds productive internal and external working relationships* Understanding of project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines* Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently* Self-starter who is able to quickly learn new tools and gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance* Experience creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation* Strong observational and analytical skills, including: ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.* Experience working with the Google Suite* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written* Previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management system* Understanding of or previous experience in a technology driven environment* Proactive attitude and dependable* Excellent customer service skills* Ability to work both within a team and independently* Ability to use good judgment, as well as problem-solving and decision making skills* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum **Preferred Qualifications:*** Various certifications (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PPM, CPD, CPMP, etc.)* Familiarity with various project management methodologies* Understanding of the OSI model **Salary Range**$66,120.00 - $104,400.00 USD (Salary)* *Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.** *Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
