Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Network Operations Engineer I for on-site Denver to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize our datacenter network infrastructure. You will manage rack/spine switches, configurations, and incident responses within a dynamic NOC environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in datacenter or NOC roles, strong vendor coordination skills, and a disciplined approach to documentation and asset tracking. This role is on-site in Denver with full-time hours.

Qualifications

  • Weeks of experience in Datacenter Operations and/or NOC roles (1+ years).
  • Strong troubleshooting for rack/spine switches and rack configurations.
  • Familiar with network hardware and protocols.
  • Experience processing technical documentation and RMA requests.
  • Proven ability to work with vendors such as Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Celestica and Nvidia.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills for rack switches, spinal switches, and rack configurations, as well as proficiency in processing technical documentation and RMA requests with vendors.
