Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a recent graduate to join our leadership advisory team as a project support and research analyst. You will help manage advisory engagements, develop client assessment reports, and design workshop materials for client sessions.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong research and synthesis abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the drive to manage multiple competing deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Recent or soon-to-be university graduate, or up to three years of business experience in leadership advisory, organizational development, and/or human behavior.
  • GPA of 3.4 or higher is preferred.
  • Degrees in psychology, English/writing, or human capital related fields are preferred, but all majors welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Support advisory engagements through project management assistance.
  • Develop client assessment reports.
  • Conduct 360 reference calls.
  • Design client workshop materials.
  • Provide research and conclusions for client-ready documents.
  • Gather and analyze organizational behavior and business development research.

Requirements
  • Recent or soon-to-be university graduate, or up to three years of business experience in leadership advisory, organizational development, and/or human behavior
  • Strong academic performance with a 3.4+ GPA
  • Psychology, English/writing, or human capital-related degrees preferred; all majors welcome
  • Well-roundedness demonstrated through leadership experience in internships, work experience, community service, athletics, or student-led organizations
  • Experience collecting and organizing information from databases and/or internet resources
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into other formats
  • Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed, proactive, resourceful, team-oriented, and tenacious
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Work authorizations necessary for the country in which applying
