Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified professional to support client engagement management, financial analysis, and due diligence for transactions. The role entails data gathering, document review, and preparing quality of earnings reports, with emphasis on accuracy and client service.

The candidate will research target companies, perform buy-side/sell-side due diligence, and communicate findings to senior management to drive informed decisions. CPA and/or advanced degree are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA and/or advanced degree are a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and deadline-driven abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least one year of related experience required
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred
• Professional designations or candidacy (CPA) and/or an advanced degree are a plus

• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately
