Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking an onsite IT representative for the DP1 facility in Santa Clarita, CA. The role blends hands-on hardware management, user support, and site-wide network administration. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT with networking, security, and Microsoft 365 tools.

A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred. This salaried role offers $70,000–$90,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• History of IT Project Management
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Office

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day IT infrastructure (hardware, inventory, troubleshooting) with great attention to detail
• Working knowledge of network fundamentals (switches, VLANs, wireless APs, firewalls)
• Knowledge of network security best practices
• Exposure and familiarity with HA servers & networks (high availability)
• Assist with unboxing, configuring and deploying new hardware for the facility
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills — able to juggle daily support tickets alongside project assistance
• Takes ownership of tasks, follows through independently, and proactively flags issues before they escalate
• Maintain organized documentation of tickets, troubleshooting steps and recurring issues
• Develop a thorough understanding of DrinkPAK policies, procedures and safety rules
