Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join their team in Newark, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in desktop support and be familiar with the Service Now application for ticket management.

Responsibilities include imaging computers using Intune, managing Active Directory, and supporting tools like O365, Teams, and SharePoint. A good understanding of networking and server management is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Desktop support.
• Familiar with Service Now app and able to create, update, and resolve tickets.
• Proficient in Intune with at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities
