Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC in the Town of New Windsor is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to maintain and reconcile inventory daily. You will count full goods and raw materials, use scanners, and ensure accuracy in SAP. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, some sales or customer service experience, and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School - GED or Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years general sales experience required.
• 2+ years sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Inventory experience preferred.
• MS Office experience (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse daily, manually or with a handheld scanner.
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
• Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP system.
• Identify and report close dated product.
• Create purchase orders and stock transfers.
• Initiate contact with outside vendors to pick up loads.
• Work with Inventory Planner to ensure sufficient inventory for customer orders.
• Ensure daily paperwork is complete for Audit Compliance.
