Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC in the Town of Windsor, NY is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to maintain and reconcile inventory, count goods daily, and support SAP-based processes.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm. Responsibilities include issuing POs, coordinating with vendors, ensuring audit-ready paperwork, and partnering with Inventory Planner to meet customer orders.

Qualifications

• High School GED or Diploma required.
• 1+ years general sales experience required.
• 2+ years sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Inventory experience preferred.
• MS Office (Excel/Word) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse daily.
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
• Reconcile inventory to SAP system monthly and annually.
• Identify and report close-dated product.
• Create purchase orders and stock transfers.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to pick up loads.
• Work with Inventory Planner to ensure sufficient stock for orders.
• Prepare daily paperwork for Audit Compliance.

• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
• Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
• Identify and report close dated product.
• Create purchase orders and stock transfers.
• Initiate contact with outside vendors to pick up the loads.
• Work with Inventory Planner to supply sufficient inventory for customer orders.
• Make sure that daily paperwork is in order for Audit Compliance.
