Abbott in Plano, TX invites an Analyst II, Postmarket Surveillance to join a 12-month, 100% onsite role. You will manage high-level complaints, regulatory reports, and FDA investigation procedures, with 4–6 weeks of training.

The position requires 1 year in customer service or compliant reporting; clinical background is a plus. A BS in Biomedical Engineering or Life Science is expected; fresh grads or associates with 3 years undergrad may be considered.

Qualifications

• 1 year max in customer service and compliant reporting (entry level).
• Clinical background is a plus (Lab tech, LVN, Nurse).
• Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering or Life Science; nursing ok. Will consider fresh grads or undergrad with 3 yrs. PhD/Master may be overqualified.

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 12 Months

Shifts: 8:30AM TO 5:30PM

100% Onsite

Duties

• Primary function candidate manages and maintains high level complaints, regulatory reports, (FDA) investigation procedures; collect data and enter data into system; Training will be 4-6 weeks.

Experience

• (entry level position) 1 year max of Customer Service, compliant reporting, Class 3; clinical background exp is a plus (Lab tech, LVN, Nurse, related to health care). Will consider candidates with Quality background

Key Skills

• Customer Service, Time Management, Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization; Microsoft office suite (Excel), SAP, typing, self-sufficient

Education

• B.S is required… Biomedical Engineering; Life Science or closely related discipline or relevant combination of education & experience (Nursing); Will consider Fresh Grads & Associate with 3yr of undergrad. PHD/ Master may be overqualified.
