Title: Product Manager
Location: Princeton NJ, 100% Onsite
Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities:
- Supporting marketing activities and projects to help achieve sales and market share goals
- Assists in coordination of marketing campaigns, including website and other promotional content, as well as HCP activities including contracting and invoicing
- Manages promotional and regulatory workflows including development, approval, storage and transportation of marketing assets
- Effectively collaborates as a project manager in support of meetings and other initiatives across marketing, sales, regulatory, vendors and other external partners
- Supports administrative processes such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, vendor setup and compliance documentation.
- Will report to the US Marketing Manager, US Marketing. The position will be based in Princeton, NJ; up to 20% domestic travel may be required.
Project management:
- Owns the tracking and planning of key meetings and initiatives, ensuring collaboration with necessary internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and achieve goals aligned with meeting strategy
- Build project plans utilizing internal expertise and, as necessary, external vendors that complement internal capabilities
- Anticipates risks to planned project strategy, proactively assessing scenarios and creating contingency plans.
HCP Coordination:
- Coordinates all HCP support activity, including provider onboarding, contracting, travel arrangements, event scheduling and invoicing
- Maintains HCP event tracking system to ensure all deadlines are met within regulatory guidelines.
Promotional workflows:
- Works with Marketing Manager on development of sales collateral to engage audiences and deliver business results
- Ensures that all existing promotional material is kept current in content library and is reapproved according to regulatory deadlines
- Works closely with external vendors to ensure sufficient supply of printed stock and processing monthly invoices
- Observe all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Administrative support:
- Coordinates all HCP and vendor invoices and contracting
- Opens POs to support marketing initiatives and ensures prompt vendor payment aligned with Abbott guidelines
- Coordinates meeting and other event logistics.

Accountability
- The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for achievement of assigned objectives of the US Marketing team and the commercial goals of the Abbott Point of Care division
- Performance will be measured against annual marketing plans, including specific financial objectives
- All work must be completed in accordance with Abbott quality, ethics, and compliance guidelines
- All work must be managed within established budget guidelines.
- Marketing, project management or commercial support experience (devices and/or diagnostics preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, marketing or related discipline.
- Ability to work in the Princeton, NJ office
- Strong project management and admin skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including Microsoft Office skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.
