Job summary

NYU Langone Health seeks an Analyst II - Enterprise Imaging to manage imaging modalities, software, and workflows across clinical service lines. You will tailor systems with vendors, clinical reps, and end users, design and test solutions, and support modality connectivity.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 2 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Dicom experience or Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of the organizations Core Values and incorporate them into the performance of duties.
• Work with Application Managers/Directors and the Project Team to collect, analyze and document business operations and workflow.
• Complete all tasks with accurate documentation and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and colleagues to achieve task completion.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Analyze data conversion needs and validate changes in releases.
• Support training teams by keeping them updated on new functionality.
