The Role and What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced and energetic HRIS Specialist to join the Global HRIS team. The successful candidate will support the Endeavor group, with a keen focus on people experience and a mindset for continual improvement.

This role will report to our Senior Manager, HRIS Support, and collaborate closely with the wider HRIS and HR Operations teams.

(Fixed term contract – 12 months, remote)

You Have These

• Ability to manage and maintain core Workday processes: e.g., hiring, onboarding, termination, and job changes.
• Experience in reporting, recruitment, time & absence, and policy distribution within Workday.
• Understanding of learning, talent & performance modules.
• Customer service focus when monitoring and responding to Workday support queries through the Help module; prioritize and escalate as needed.
• Ability to design and develop ad-hoc custom reports based on business requirements.
• Continuous improvement mindset for Workday change requests, including research, solutions, configuration, testing, and documentation aligned with audit practices.
• Experience using Workday’s EIBs for event data loading.
• Strong analytical, organizational, troubleshooting skills with an emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Interest in learning about the latest release features.
• Discreet handling of HR data, understanding its confidential nature.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to lead testing of HCM solutions, ensuring defects are documented, tracked, and resolved.
• Attention to detail and resourcefulness using Workday Community and other resources.
• Quick learner of technology through instruction and self-training.
• Curiosity, change orientation, and passion for process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

Per local requirements, the salary range reflects current hiring ranges, which may vary based on location and qualifications. Endeavor offers competitive rewards, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Salary Range

Minimum: $63,750 annually

Maximum: $85,000 annually
