Western Union is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Analyst to join our Global Know Your Customer (GKYC) team. Reporting to the Manager of KYC, in this role you will help drive oversight processes and enhance overall program effectiveness, leveraging your ability to analyze compliance and transaction data to identify and elevate gaps, resolve process weaknesses, and improve the quality of the KYC Program. You will also collaborate across business groups to solve complex problems related to the application and enforcement of KYC requirements around the globe. This involves working cross-functionally to understand KYC needs and regulatory obligations around the world as you help ensure execution of the Global KYC Program.

The annualbase salary rangeis $70,000 to $82,000USDper year. Total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
