Job summary

Verano is seeking an Analyst in Finance - Accounts Receivable to support daily accounting tasks in the Chicago office. You will post sales transactions to the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred), proficiency in Word and Excel, strong organization, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent,Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financea plus.
• Microsoft Office, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel experiencerequired.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and use discretion and good judgment with sensitive data.
• Ability to work with other team members in a collaborative environment.
• Must be able to execute and follow through to completion and documentation.
• Mustbe authorized towork in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Specific industry experience is a plus.

Sage Intacct (accounting software)and/or SAPexperienceis a plus.

What We Offer

$54,000 - $58,000 + Bonus

Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Roles may be eligible for annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
