Job summary

Verano is seeking an Analyst, Finance - Accounts Receivable to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, post transactions to the general ledger, and ensure timely payments. You will serve as the liaison between customers and the sales team and support the accounting department with day-to-day clerical tasks.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

Verano is experiencing exponential growth, and we are looking to add to our Finance team. The Accounts Receivable Analystis responsible formanaging a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that our customers are paying invoicesin a timely mannerwhile serving as a direct line of communication with our customers and sales team. Additionally, this role will perform various accounting and clerical duties to support the accounting department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Post sales transactions and relatedactivityto the general ledger.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal team members.
• Reconcile individual accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate cross-functionallyto resolve customer issues.
• Contact customers to resolve issues and ensure prompt payment.
• Provide support andassistanceto the Accounts Receivable Supervisor as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent,Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financea plus.
• Microsoft Office, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel experiencerequired.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and use discretion and good judgment with sensitive data.
• Ability to work with other team members in a collaborative environment.
• Must be able to execute and follow through to completion and documentation.
• Mustbe authorized towork in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Specific industry experience is a plus.

What We Offer

$54,000 - $58,000 + Bonus

Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Roles may be eligible for annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
