Evaluate results, document solutions, and help colleagues adopt more effective ways of working. Apply appropriate controls for confidentiality, accuracy, human review, data protection, and regulatory compliance. Document Control & Quality Systems Coordinate controlled document creation, revision, review, approval, publication, and archival in enterprise systems (Windchill PLM). Work with document owners to maintain accurate records and alignment with internal procedures and applicable standards. Help troubleshoot workflows and improve document control efficiency and usability. Training Compliance Support learning management system assignments, training records, completion tracking, and periodic reviews (ComplianceWire LMS). Prepare and analyze compliance metrics; identify opportunities to improve training workflows and reporting. NC/CAPA & Audit Support Assist with intake, documentation, tracking, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness checks for NC/CAPA records (Trackwise). Collect audit evidence, coordinate responses, track follow‑up actions, and support ongoing audit readiness. Analyze trends, escalates potential compliance risks, and recommend practical improvements.

Ability to collaborate effectively and balance creative ideas with accuracy, confidentiality, and established requirements.
