Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an Analyst in the Corporate Performance Improvement (CPI) practice for early career professionals. The role involves working on client engagements from day one, with exposure to senior leaders and meaningful development opportunities through ACE.

Travel up to 80% is expected, and graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 is preferred. Start Season & Year: Summer 2027, with applications open until September 16, 2026.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable teaming skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and willingness to learn.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA required, both major and overall.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with operational and strategic issues on meaningful engagements from day one.
• Work on projects exposed to senior clients and firm leadership.
• Participate in ACE Leaders program for early career development.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
• Travel up to 80% is expected.
