Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks 2027 Summer Interns to support the Corporate Performance Improvement team. You will work with project teams to assess current performance, design solutions across people, process and technology, and help implement changes.

ACE Leaders program offers development and mentorship. The internship lasts 8–10 weeks, typically starting in early June and may require travel up to 80%. Paid opportunity with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable teaming skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and willingness to learn.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA required, both major and overall.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Preferred majors listed in the ad (Accounting, Analytics, Business, CS, Economics, Engineering, Finance, MIS, Ops/Supply Chain, Stats/Math).
