Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking 2027 Summer Interns to join the Corporate Performance Improvement team. The paid 8-10 week program begins in early June, with travel up to 80% and exposure to cross-functional projects across people, process, and technology.

You will assess client situations, design practical solutions, and learn under ACE Leaders program with mentorship from senior CPI professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 (major and overall) required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of time and work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist CPI teams by assessing client situations and identifying opportunities.
• Help design solutions involving people, process, and technology dimensions.
• Support implementation of changes and learn from senior CPI professionals.
• Participate in ACE Leaders program for early career development.
