QXO is looking for a Corporate Compensation Analyst to join our Corporate Compensation team. In this role, you'll help shape the compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward talent across one of North America's fastest-growing companies. You'll partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to analyze market data, support compensation planning, maintain job architecture, and contribute to equity and incentive programs. • Build financial models, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting that support compensation decisions and workforce planning.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmark jobs, maintain job architecture, and help ensure internal pay equity and market competitiveness.
  • Support annual compensation processes, including merit planning, bonus administration, and long-term incentive cycles.
  • Assist with equity compensation administration, including grant tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to support compensation programs and improve scalable compensation processes.
  • Maintain data integrity across HRIS and compensation systems while identifying opportunities to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
What you'll bring:
  • 2–4 years of corporate compensation experience, ideally within a large, publicly traded company.
  • Experience with compensation modeling, salary planning, market benchmarking, job architecture, or incentive compensation.
  • Exposure to equity compensation programs such as RSUs or long-term incentive plans is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and compensation survey tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
What you'll earn
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • PTO, company holidays, and parental leave
  • Paid training and certifications
  • Legal assistance and identity protection
  • Pet insurance
  • Employee assistance program (EAP)
