Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in change management, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • 1-3 years experience with ServiceNow.
  • 1-3 years experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain change management documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of change adoption metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Act as a resource for employees and managers during periods of change, providing guidance and support.

Pay Range:

Pay Range: $31.99-$53.28/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
