Job Summary
Responsible for working with more senior staff on a variety of programs involving business reengineering efforts that support operations and customer experience. Works with a cross-functional team that encompasses representation from all divisions to understand current challenges. Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction. Works to collect data on current processes that support the Marketing, Provisioning, Customer Care, and Technical Operations and assist with defining the future state that will be enabled through technology. Primary Location Pay Range: $25.07 - $37.61This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $23.88 - $39.40Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
