BUSINESS ANALYST

At Foley, a Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, uncover insights, and support strategic initiatives that improve product performance, operational efficiency, and customer success.

This is a remote position. Applicants must reside in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Wisconsin.

The starting salary is $65,000 annually.

Who You'll Work With

As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams. We value collaboration and are always looking for new ways to work together effectively.

What You Will Do

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
• Review functionality issues and assess their alignment with business expectations
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Evaluate SaaS metrics such as product usage analytics
• Recommend solutions and process optimizations based on data
• Drive continuous improvement through process analysis and automation

What We'd Like You To Have

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in SaaS
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), product analytics tools (e.g., Heap, Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• Knowledge of software architecture and database design
• Familiarity with SDLC tools (e.g., Atlassian, Azure DevOps)
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
