Fidelity is seeking a role that supports Business Continuity, resiliency, and vendor risk programs. You will interact with business leaders and cross-functional partners to drive ongoing operational resilience and risk management.
Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of continuity or risk experience, familiarity with Power BI dashboards, and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.

The Role
In this role you will support initiatives that will have a direct impact on the day-to-day operations of the Business Continuity, Resiliency Intelligence Innovation Center and Vendor Resiliency Communities. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting directly with business leaders and cross-functional partners.

Business Continuity is a dedicated team of risk professionals who provide the strategic development and execution of a business resiliency program, with oversight of operational, technology, and vendor risks that enables our company's business operations to continue following a disruption.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
