A leading company in the financial sector seeks an Analyst / Associate for its Real Estate Capital Partners team in Dallas. The role involves managing a sub-portfolio of loans, preparing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-5 years of relevant experience in asset management or finance, with strong analytical and communication skills.
The Analyst / Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a sub-portfolio of 20-25 loan positions within the Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP) Dallas loan portfolio. The RECP group operates as part of the Corporate Banking division of RBC Capital Markets. In addition to managing specific loan activities, the Asset Manager will collaborate with the Head of Asset Management and RECP Regional Head to prepare portfolio reporting, analysis, and updates for internal and external stakeholders, including the RECP Management Committee, Global Risk Management, Global Credit, CUSCO Boards and Committees, and Regulatory Bodies. The Asset Manager will serve as the primary contact for R&M and CTM functions regarding specific loan positions and collateral.
