Job Summary

The Analyst/Associate will manage a sub-portfolio of 20-25 loan positions within the Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP), Dallas loan portfolio. The role involves collaboration with the Head of Asset Management and RECP Regional Head to prepare portfolio reports, analysis, and updates for internal and external stakeholders, including management committees, risk management, credit, and regulatory bodies. The Asset Manager serves as the primary contact for R&M and CTM functions concerning specific loan positions and collateral.

1. Prepare quarterly RECP Committee reports
2. Handle draw requests and disbursements
3. Track loan and asset performance
4. Manage bank syndicates
5. Generate quarterly asset and portfolio reports
6. Approve leases
7. Manage and track escrows
8. Monitor reporting
9. Manage weekly pipeline
10. Perform financial spreading
11. Oversee asset releases
12. Coordinate R&M activities
13. Maintain Oxane database
14. Monitor covenant compliance
15. Manage reserves
16. Coordinate CTM activities
17. Prepare IHC Board reports
18. Manage monthly waterfall processes
19. Handle data tape processes
20. Prepare ad hoc portfolio presentations and reports
21. Ensure regulatory reporting
22. Monitor maturity dates and extensions

What do you need to succeed?

• 1-5 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, servicing, banking, finance, or investing roles
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Argus, and strong communication skills
