Job Summary

The Vendor Partner Analyst at Tractor Supply Company is responsible for improving vendor performance metrics such as On Time Shipment and Fill Rate. This involves developing supply chain requirements, analyzing vendor performance, identifying trends, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to share best practices. The role also includes leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing inventory and compliance programs related to vendor operations.

Job Location

This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in Northwest Arkansas or Atlanta.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and analyze vendor performance reports using data analytics tools.
• Manage Inventory and Open to Buy budgets during peak and off-peak seasons.
• Lead discussions with vendor partners and internal teams to improve processes.
• Maintain vendor compliance systems and review chargebacks.
• Develop vendor training materials and ensure accuracy of the Vendor Requirements Manual.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve vendor issues and improve operations.
• Lead vendor operations projects and initiatives.
• Onboard new suppliers by communicating supply chain requirements and monitoring initial performance.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in retail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
