Analyzes complex clinical and healthcare data to provide meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making using SQL Server, SSMS, and Azure data platforms.
Uses analytical judgment and curiosity to evaluate data-related questions, explore the rationale behind findings, identify relevant information and potential issues, and determine practical, accurate solutions that support clinical decision-making and the development of effective data-management and analytical methodologies.
Communication - Communicates data findings and reporting requirements with investigators, clinicians, and non-technical stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver effective data solutions that support research and operational needs.
Maintains data queries and delivers accurate analytical outputs and reporting solutions within required timelines.
Identifies current and short-term customer needs and delivers accurate, timely, and value-added data solutions that support clinical research. Clinical certification preferred.
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Performs data analysis and reporting using Microsoft SQL Server, SSMS, and Azure data platforms. Transforms and models' data to support clinical research, business insights, and decision-making while ensuring data accuracy and quality. Improves reporting processes and delivers actionable insights through effective data visualization and analysis.
