Responsibilities

The Accounts Payable Analyst manages all invoices and related general ledger accounts for imported and domestic shipments.

• Process invoices efficiently and accurately
• Create and upload large datasets to process payments and bill for chargebacks
• Reconcile accounts to ensure proper payment of purchase orders
• Audit warehouse receipts for shipment accuracy
• Maintain accounts, including month-end accruals, entries, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Merchandise departments, and external partners
• Proactively identify areas to improve, streamline, and automate processes
• Work independently on assigned projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications
