Citizens Bank is seeking an Analysis and Reporting Analyst within the Retail Strategy & Leasing Team. You will lead data management for 1,000+ locations across 15 states and DC, driving strategic planning through lease and facility data analysis.
You will build KPIs, forecast rent and OPEX impacts, and deliver regular reports to the real estate department and business lines, leveraging Excel and visualization tools.
As part of the Retail Strategy & Leasing Team in the Property Services organization, the Analysis and Reporting Analyst will work together with a team of highly skilled corporate real estate professionals to optimize and maintain the bank's retail portfolio consisting of 1,000+ locations across 15 states and Washington DC. You will lead the data management and analysis of lease and relevant facility data to help drive strategic planning and decision making while working closely with key stakeholders and partners to deliver valuable and relevant information.
$81,000.00- $109,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
