Job summary

RTX is seeking electrical engineers to join our Marlborough, MA team, focusing on analog electronics, power electronics, power systems and servo/motor control. The candidate should have strong foundational knowledge of analog circuit theory, analog microelectronics, power electronics, and control systems, with hands-on laboratory experience.

You will design, analyze, simulate, test and document power conversion and servo systems, and provide production support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
Coursework in analog electronics, power electronics/systems, or control systems.
Modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.
ABET accreditation preferred but not required.
3.0 cumulative GPA desired.
Hardware development experience.
Knowledge of test and production methods for electronics/power components.

Responsibilities

Work with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements and RTX guidelines.
Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems.
Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
Gain greater mastery of analog and power engineering design.
Demonstrate self-motivation.
Travel to Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH as needed.
