Job summary

Raytheon in Marlborough, MA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, test, and support advanced electrical subsystems used in demanding environments. You will develop analog electronics, power conversion topologies, and precision servo/motor control, collaborating with cross-functional teams to move concepts from design through lab integration.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have experience with circuit modeling tools (PSPICE/LTspice/MATLAB-Simulink).

Qualifications

Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field by start date.
Experience in analog electronics, power electronics, power systems, or control systems.
Experience with circuit modeling in PSPICE, LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design, test, manufacture, and mission support of advanced electrical subsystems in extreme battlefield environments.
Design, simulate, analyze, and test analog electronics, high-efficiency power conversion, power distribution, and servo/control systems.
Collaborate across systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers to meet specs and milestones.
