Job summary

TetraMem - Accelerate The World is seeking an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits in our compute-in-memory architecture. This role offers hands-on experience in advanced silicon design.

You will join the analog team for schematic design, simulation, and lab measurements, gaining exposure to Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE in a collaborative lab environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundation in analog circuit theory and CMOS design.
• Experience with standard EDA tools and lab equipment.
• Detail-oriented with analytical lab or simulation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits.
• Perform transistor-level simulations using industry-standard tools.
• Support silicon validation, test chip bring-up, and performance measurements.
• Collaborate with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance.
