Job summary

TetraMem - Accelerate The World is seeking an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits in our compute-in-memory architecture. This role offers hands-on experience in advanced silicon design.

You will join the analog team for schematic design, simulation, and lab measurements, gaining exposure to Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE in a collaborative lab environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong foundation in analog circuit theory and CMOS design.
  • Experience with standard EDA tools and lab equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical lab or simulation experience.

We are looking for an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits in our compute-in-memory architecture. This role offers hands-on experience in advanced silicon design.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits
  • Perform transistor-level simulations using industry-standard tools
  • Support silicon validation, test chip bring-up, and performance measurements
  • Work closely with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design
  • Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
  • Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, signal generators) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a lab or simulation environment
Salary Range:

$35-45 USD/hr
