The Analog Coordinator at The Hutton Hotel in Nashville will serve as the liaison between customers and the Analog experience, coordinating ticketing, asset creation, and promotion for all Analog shows and events.

The role requires a proactive, self-starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment, collaborating across front desk, concierge, and various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating events in hospitality.
• Ability to coordinate with front desk and other departments.
• Proactive, self-starter in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ticketing for Analog performances, including asset collection and refunds.
• Create/collect marketing assets for Analog event promotion across media and channels.
• Coordinate event awareness, promotion, and ticketing with front desk staff.
• Coordinate artist hospitality and logistics.
• Coordinate guest experience with the concierge.
• Coordinate and manage press/media ticketing and seating.
• Provide on-site box office support as needed.
• Route leads from Analog website to appropriate teams.
