Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and all public areas, ensuring they are neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Clean mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors; remove trash from areas; restock supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
• Support other team members to maintain high standards of guest experience.
• Adhere to safety and company policies while performing duties.

Overview

Join our team as a Public Area Attendant and help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance in our luxurious hotel! As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area, keeping all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted. In addition, you will makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free, remove all trash from areas, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
