Job summary

Accel Entertainment, Inc. is the leading gaming terminal operator providing service to thousands of locations across the United States. We are seeking a reliable technician to maintain ATMs and amusement devices, assist with loading supplies, and support ongoing customer service efforts.

You will troubleshoot repairs, manage inventory, and document maintenance activities. The role requires physical capability and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ATM, amusement, gaming, or similar electronic/mechanical aptitude preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to work 8:30am–5pm.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Computer literacy is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices.
• Load and unload supplies and assist in related tasks.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot equipment repairs promptly.
• Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to resolve issues.
• Manage inventory to ensure parts are available for repairs.
• Complete necessary documentation for device maintenance and logs.
• Conduct auditing procedures on amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs.

Qualifications

• Great Customer Service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude (examples – HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive)
• Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction
• Hiring for 8:30am-5pm
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills

• Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds

Summary

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment, loading and unloading supplies, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner
• Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
• Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs
• Perform auditing procedures on amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs

Base Pay Range

$20-$22/hour based on experience

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
