Accel Entertainment, Inc. is seeking field technicians to service gaming devices, ATMs, and redemption equipment across bars, restaurants, gas stations, and other locations in the Chicago area. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, load supplies, and document visits, with shift hours around 40 per week and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with ATM, gaming, or electronic equipment is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, and redemption equipment at customer sites.
• Load and unload supplies; assist in other areas as needed.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Interact with staff and customers and document service visits and logs.
• Audit and verify inventory of parts and devices as required.
