Job summary

GENDA Americas is seeking a passionate merchandiser/route tech to manage a designated Medford, OR territory. You will repair and troubleshoot equipment, merchandise prizes, and ensure locations are optimized for revenue while maintaining customer relationships.

The role requires experience in route management, cash handling, and strong repair skills in electronics or mechanical systems. Japanese language abilities are a plus and can yield a language differential. Vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Solid experience managing a route or field service background.
• Experience within the amusement gaming industry is a big plus.
• Two years of electronics or mechanical repairs preferred.
• Two years of cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairing equipment and troubleshooting issues.
• Merchandising of gaming equipment (plush and prizes) as needed.
• Maintain amusements equipment at customer locations in good working order, product stocked in all dispensing equipment and company policies adhered to for cleaning and aesthetics.
• Responsible for accurate route collections of monies, adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
• Establish and maintain professional relationship with locations and staff.
• Detailed record keeping of all meters.
• Complete follow up as assigned.
• Ensure each location is set up to maximize revenue and earning potential through location rotations and promotion opportunities.
• Find new leads as available.
