Job summary

Morgan's Wonderland is seeking a skilled Ride Maintenance Technician to ensure safe and efficient operation of all rides and facilities. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and documenting repairs to uphold safety and guest experience.

The role requires reading manuals and blueprints, climbing and working at heights, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic amusement park environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Proven maintenance/repair experience on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on rides, attractions, and facilities.
• Identify and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Inspect safety systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Complete maintenance checklists and document work performed.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new rides and attractions.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with other departments and prioritize tasks.
• Respond to reports of maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training.
