Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Dutch Wonderland Property. The role involves hands-on daily inspections, repairs, and replacement of buildings and equipment across park facilities.

Responsibilities include roofing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks, and ensuring safety policies are followed. Strong mechanical aptitude and tool use are required, with flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and repair experience in commercial or park settings.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and manuals.
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting or landscaping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance on roofs, exteriors, interiors, restrooms, and utility spaces.
• Lead and assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical projects.
• Perform daily inspections and maintain buildings and structures.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment and attractions with minimal supervision.
• Operate heavy equipment and park vehicles as required.
• Document work performed with time and materials per policies.
