Job summary

Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking aFacilities Maintenance Manager / Technical Service Manager to oversee technology, electrical/mechanical maintenance, and guest-facing systems at the Dublin park. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate safety programs, and ensure reliable operation of attractions and building systems.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong customer service, and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in service/entertainment environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Techs to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Meet regularly with staff to review performance and keep open communication.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing amusement operations.
• Provide ongoing training and development for the tech and maintenance team.
• Maintain PM logs and oversee safety and prevention programs.
• Oversee all attractions and building systems, including POS, projectors, and electronics.
