Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance-related position.
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Able to stand or walk for up to 10-hour shifts.
• Maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Techs to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Meet regularly with staff to provide supervision and ensure open communication.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
• Provide training and development for the maintenance team.
• Oversee multiple attractions (Coasters, VR systems, Laser Tag, Simulators).
• Assist with parts inventory and purchasing within budget.
