Job summary

The Funplex Mount Laurel is seeking an Operations Manager to lead ride and attraction operations, enhancing guest experience and financial sustainability. You will oversee daily park activities, supervise and train staff, manage labor costs, and ensure compliance with safety policies and incident reporting.

Reports to the Director of Operations; supervises Operations Supervisors, Ride Attractions, Admissions, and Arcade teams. Salary range: $68,000–$72,000 per year. In-person, Mount Laurel, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to ensure guest safety is the top priority.
• Oversee daily park operations in the absence of the Director of Operations.
• Supervise, train, and coach employees including supervisors and frontline staff.
• Review team performance and optimize efficiency and costs.
• Manage labor costs and resources to meet profitability goals.
• Ensure incident reporting and crisis management procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with departments to align on policies, maintenance, and guest experience.
